BLFS6.0: GCC3.4.1: "make -k check" not working

I'm trying to install and compile gcc3.4.1 in BLFS6.0 and it returns an error. The following is the last few lines from the "make -k check" output
Code:
make[3]: Entering directory `/usr/src/gcc-build/i686-pc-linux-gnu/boehm-gc'
Switched to incremental mode
Emulating dirty bits with mprotect/signals
/bin/sh: line 1: 18636 Segmentation fault LD_LIBRARY_PATH=../../gcc $dir/$tst

make[2]: *** [check-am] Error 2

make: *** [check-target-boehm-gc] Error 2

Can anyone give me a clue as to why this is failing???

You're not the first with this problem, look at this:

This seems like a different problem. He went as far as make install before things failed, whereas I didn't get past make check. Also, I'm well onto BeyondLFS. I don't want to continue on with this until I'm sure about it so that I don't destroy my previous installation of GCC.

I understand, but he actually experienced problems on make check.

Whatever it is, I think it's the same problem as yours.

Whoops my bad, It turns out that it's not exactly the same problem as he's having it with the lfs installation not blfs like you said.

Can you give me the any error, or warning messages you got before make -k check?
