Kmplayer
Xine (or it's frontends like Kaffeine or Gxine)
VLC
Realplayer 10 for Linux might also be vey useful.
But...and this is important. If you want to play most audio-video content you need codecs. So you need to make sure to install the "w32codecs" package for your distribution along with your favorite media player. (You can find instructions and the packages on "mplayer" website)
Also if you want to play DVD's you need to install the "livdvdcss2" package also.
That's it. With those you'll play anything. Even WMV (Windows media)
PS When you ask questions on a forum like this you need to be more precise. That means more details, and in your case we don't even know what computer you use or what Linux distribution you have.
You cannot expect people to guess these things. To help you better we need details. Write your computer specifications and your Linux of choice in a text file so you can copy/paste them with your questions next time.
