Perhaps the problem is the kickstart file needs to be modified to tell the server you are doing an NFS installation. Maybe it's finding the KS file, but unable to install using such? I'm not sure. I kick of these installations using "linux ks=nfs:192.168.1.100:/mynfsmount/ks.cfg" with no added parameters like text and askmethod afterward.

Here is an example of the NFS portion in my ks.cfg file.

# Use NFS installation media
nfs --server=192.168.1.105 --dir=/os_images/centOS
