Exclamation Sigkill

Hi all;
I need some help about an issue.
An application gets SIGKILL and dies frequently.
Is there any way to determine which process sends SIGKILL to that application?
I have suspected that kernel sending signals because of resource lack, but there is enough free memory cached on the system (about 12Gb).
I have also activated kern filter, but there is nothing in messages and syslog.
Thanks in advance...

It's not important, all i need is to determine what PID is sending SIGKILL to any PID.
