RPM cpio: MD5 sum mismatch error

I've built the thunderbird package from source on four diferent occasions and continue to get an error messages when I try to apply the rpm. Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue?

See error below:

rpm -Uvh /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386/thunderbird-1.0.2-1.4.1.i386.rpm
Preparing... ########################################### [100%]
1:thunderbird ########################################### [100%]
error: unpacking of archive failed on file /usr/lib/thunderbird-1.0.2/defaults/pref/all-redhat.js;42d0e3e6: cpio: MD5 sum mismatch

Thanks

man md5sum to learn more about it and what it does. It should give you some insight on why your getting this message.
