Redhat Cluster Quorum parameters

Hi,

I have setup a 3-node Redhat cluster with a quorum partition and heuristics.
From time to time, first node gets fence and rebooted. From the logs I can see this :

qdiskd[5334]: <warning> qdiskd: read (system call) has hung for 5 seconds
qdiskd[5334]: <warning> In 5 more seconds, we will be evicted
openais[5302]: [CMAN ] cman killed by node 1 because we were killed by cman_tool or other application
on

Here is the quorum configuration :
<quorumd device="/dev/mapper/Quroumd1" interval="10" min_score="2" tko="5" votes="2">
<heuristic interval="2" program="/usr/share/cluster/check_eth_link.sh bond1" score="3"/>
</quorumd>

Can you please tell me the reason.

I think in this configuration ,cluster should try quorum checking 10*5 seconds and then fail but in my setup seems it is failing after 5 seconds. Please correct me if I am wrong.

How can I make this better ?

Thanks
