Problem loading interprice w4 update 3 on a supermicro processor

While loading the Redhat enterprice w4 update 3 with a kickstart floppy on a supermicro processor it lockup while format the filesystems at /var filesystem. You cannot do anything but reboot the processor and start over. I have found out that loading redhat enterprice W4 with update 1 the processor loads just fine. Also if you load Fedora 6 the processor loads fine to, it just hangup when you load Redhat interprices w4 update 3. If I load all the CD & kickstart floppy of Redhat enterprices w4 update 1 and then load Redhat enterprice w4 update 3 with out the kickstart floppy and do and update when loading the CD,s it go,s in fine and boot up with the Readhat enterprices update 3 on it.
