Dear ,
I am using Redhat Enterprise Linux 4 . I have to complete installing Oracle 9i into this . I have to complete also all installation procedure . But at last when I am running Oracle from the "disk1" using "./runinstaller" then it shows the following error :

But as far as i have tried It was a 9i on redhat 3,0 system which
needed a preinstall patch from metalink.oracle.com but Oracle 10g ran
out of the box on a redhat 4.0 systems with basic memory and kernel tweakings.
