you should look for installing and configuring samba in your linux boxes, think it's the only way to share something between windows and linux...

can't tell you exactly what to do, since i haven't tried RHEL, nor tried to run samba...
but there should be some howtos/wiki to do so on red hat (or another) website ?

i never used webmin, so i can't help you out with this, sorry...(i always liked the command line interface)

but it seems there are several solutions to your problem :

- by configuring samba, you should be able to see all windows shares
http://en.gentoo-wiki.com/HOWTO_Sams...ith_Samba/CUPS

(this is gentoo wiki, so don't pay attention to USE flags and replace emerge related things by your installer)

- by installig cups server on windows, and client on linux, you can share your windows printer to you linux box
