plesk installation prob

I'd just downloaded Plesk from http://www.swsoft.com/en/download link:

I downloaded Plesk 8.1 for my RHEL, say in /downloads folder. I also downlaoded the psa_installer_v3.1.0_build061201.02_os_RedHat_el4_i386 from this site . After extracting pleask.rpm.tar.gz file , two sub folders were created
1)dist-rpm-RedHat-el4-i386
2)thirdparty-rpm-RedHat-el4-i386

WHen i run the #./psa_installer_v3.1.0_build061201.02_os_RedHat_el4_i386

file, it executes and i face the prob here,

If i enter the proxy server IP and port, download fail ,error :

Download file versions.inf3:
Curl download failed: The requested URL returned error: 407 Can'
t download http://autoinstall.plesk.com/versions.inf3

ANd if iselect local media :

I tried to install plesk 8.1 on SUSE9.3 with local media selected and face the same error

Select Plesk software source
===============================================================================

You can install Plesk in one of the following ways:

* Local Media
* Plesk server
* Other network site

Current settings:
Install Plesk from Local media
Install required system packages from Local media
Store downloaded files to: /root/swsoft

N) Next page; P) Go back; Q) Cancel installing
S) Change source; T) Change target directory;
Select action [N]:
Checking for installed system packages...done.
ERROR: Can't get file /root/swsoft/psa.inf3

do you have a solution for this problem yet?
