i want information about transparent proxy how i run it and squid server also plz tell me.

2. Configure
3. Maintain

But seriously, I'm afraid you'll have to give us more details for us to give you any really helpful information. Do you already have Linux on this machine, and you just want help setting up squid? Do you need to get started with Linux? Is the computer going to be a dedicated headless machine or a desktop pulling some extra weight? Is this for a home office, a multi-million dollar mission-critical network, or somewhere in between? To what extent will you be happy using automatically generated or edited configurations?
