IA-32 Execution Layer & IDL

Hello all, I heard the Redhat was planning on adding the IA-32 Execution Layer to Redhat Enterprise Linux. Does anyone know if this has been done yet?

I would like to run IDL in a Redhat Enterprise environment on an Itanium2 machine. IDL does not provide a 64-bit package yet, so I am trying to find out if it is possible to port IDL through the IA-32 Execution Layre. Thank you for you help.
