How to delete spam mails

Sendmail is configured on RHEL-5 Server.I want to know direct command to delete 20000-30000 mails which is in /var/spool/mail directory. I donot want to delete all the mails one by one.

Is there any command or script, when executed, delete all spam mails from spool/spam directory
