how many of you are virtualizing your client desktops?

I was wondering if any of you are working towards desktop virtualization. If you are, what methods and apps are you choosing?

Any of you rolled out hundreds of virtual machine desktop and switching the client machines to thin clients? I noticed thin client laptops are starting to pop up. They seem like an ideal setup for companies who rolled out desktop virtual machines. Any of you considering in the future? This would ideal for Windows clients.
