File System Replication

I'm looking for a tool that can keep a two physically separated file systems on two different servers in sync in real time. I've currently got a set of cronned rsync scripts in place; however, I'd like something a little more robust. Anyone know of such a tool? I'd prefer OSS if possible. Recommendations of clustered file systems might be helpful too.

Although we prefer clustered filesystems like GFS [1] to share data between servers (small to huge clusters that even share the same root filesystem) you might look at DRBD [2] that enables you to mirror block devices. Watchout for single point of failure, though.

Unfortunately, GFS won't work in my situation because I have two physically separated data stores that can be indepedantly updated. I'll have to look into DRBD. Thanks for the lead.
