awk doesn't have "inplace". Just use temp file. What's wrong ? the sed's inplace function also creates a temp file in the background anyway.

Hi All,

I hava solved mine problem. I just used the command
[CODE] mv -f [/CODE} to copy back the file.

Simple and it works
