Can't start "agentctl"


Friends ,

I have completed succesfully Oracle 9.2.0.4 in RHEL4 .And also I can start my "agentctl" perfectly .
But after some times when I start "agentctl start" then I got the following Errors :

1)

[oracle@server ~]$ agentctl start

DBSNMP for Linux: Version 9.2.0.4.0 - Production on 25-FEB-2007 20:16:07

I check the details and found :

[oracle@server ~]$ tail -f /u01/app/oracle/product/9.2.0/network/log/dbsnmp.log DBSNMP for Linux: Version 9.2.0.4.0 - Production on 25-FEB-2007 20:16:11

PLZ GIVE ME A SOLUTION .. HOW CAN I START MU "AGENTCTL" AGAIN ... ...
