How to disable test program while cross-compling glib-2.50

I'm cross-compiling glib-2.5 for my embedded device. How to disable the test program while cross-compiling glib-2.50? I encountered the following errors while cross-compiling glib-2.50:

Configuration parameters:
./configure --prefix=arm-hisiv400-linux

Code:
configure: error: cannot run test program while cross compiling
See `config.log' for more details

Try
Code:
./configure --help
It's probably something like --disable-test.

I've tried looking for the parameter as well but it seems that it's not available though.

I need to cross-compile glib for gstreamer so that I can have a cross-compiled gstreamer to configure my Qt for my embedded device.

Why not google cross compiling glib? Others have surely hit that problem & solved it.
