Where one can download this ultimate 32gb multiboot image for pendrive Fedora, Ubuntu,...?

You can make your own using ventoy:

https://www.ventoy.net/en/index.html

And you could customize it any way you want to include the distros you're interested in. Basically, you just create the ventoy usb flash drive per the instructions on the website. Once created, you download the livecd isos you want and copy them onto the ventoy usb flash drive.

As above, use ventoy to put the distros that you're interested in onto a pendrive.

Beside Ventoy , Yumi can also put several OS on one USB - no UEFI or lousy support though.
I found it more flexible, you can boot to the first HDD, the one you use daily.

I doubt if you can being it is a custom usb sold by ACLLC Technology

You can buy one, check if its completely content is GNU licensed, then copy/share it.

There may not be an iso, The makers of this usb may use a script/application they created, to format, copy files, and make bootable the usb, using what is readily available from the internet.
