Small business server equivalent

Hi Guys,

As part of my job I spend a lot of time with the windows small business server range. I use Linux a little though not a lot at the moment and I was wondering whether there was a distribution that directly competes with the small business server family. I know that loads of distributions will by packed with programs that will offer similar functionality as the component packaged with the small business server. But can some recommend a distribution that is easy to configure as a file and email server with dhcp, dns and remote access?

Thanks in advance

Dave

This sounds a lot like this recent post. Check it out, if you have followup questions, I'd be happy to answer them.
