Anyway the differences between Woody are huge.

1, A new installer. I heard Woodys installer is a nightmare. Sarge's installer is very easy to use straight forward.
2. KDE/Gnome 3.3/2.8
3. Kernel 2.4.x/2.6.x(enter linux26 when you boot up the disk)
4. Many more.

well Sarge should be for personal use/Woody - production AFAIK

Woody just got officially obsolete. Sarge is now the stable branch.
