One more little question: can't go through your forum registration Just can't figure out what am I doing wrong? The answers are: the latest stable is 9.1 and number of collections is 15, right?
Still have some problems setting time in the system. I answered 'No' upon install to the Coordinated Universal Time (automatic summer/winter).
Then I made a symlink from /usr/share/zoneinfo/Europe/Kiev to /etc/localtime, but it is always not correct. And in MATE there is no 'Time Settings' option in the clock (in the upper right corner). It's just disabled. Well, questions, questions, questions... I'm sorry Haven't used any Linux from scratch before... Will wait for the answers.
Cheers!
P.S. I solved it with the help of 'date' and 'hwclock'. Never mind.

Reason: SOLVED
Well, after solving some issues I decided to sum up all my questions into one post:
1) How can I make MATE the default DE in lxdm and the system? (not a big problem, when I choose MATE it stays there on next reboots)
2) How can I clean packages cache after installing? Well, it consumes disk space.
3) How can I kill/restart/whatever lxdm? I can't find it in services (/etc/init.d/..). Well, I did 'pkill -15 Xorg', but it respawns.
4) Where are the system locales? Is it possible to add something like ru_RU.CP1251, ru_RU.KOI8-R, ru_RU.UTF-8 etc. ?
Probably there will be more questions in the future. I don't know what's the appropriate place to ask them.
Thank you!
P.S. I have to say that NuTyX is the only distribution with superfast MATE! I haven't seen such responsiveness in any other distro. Even in Void Linux it is slow as hell. And it is only in VirtualBox! Can't imagine how fast it would be on real hardware. What's your secret?

By the way, did you give a try with the new "flcards" native graphical version of cards. Even it's under heavy development, you can get a good feeling how fast it will be, thanks to fltk.
Oh, thanks, man! Btw, in Void it is implemented via '/etc/default/libc-locales' where you uncomment the needed locales and then tell the package manager to reconfigure 'glibc-locales'. Would be really great to have such feature.
