Well, ive had it with microsoft. I literally took a shotgun to my windows ME machine today. Im not new to linux, but i need help finding a distro.
Yes i know its been asked again and again and again, but i know what im looking for. ITs not a minamalist, but its not a 2+ disc distro, lemme explain.
What im looking for is a, Full featured, 1 Disc(Hard drive install) Distro. I dont have a dvd burner or else i would go with debian or something.
(1 CD not floppy)
Well, i had thought of a netinstall but it does not have a current connection to the internet. The hard drive is blank and ready for an install, i just couldnt choose, thus this thread exists
Hey I feel for you. I killed my WinME harddrive back in November 2004. If you have another PC with a broadband connection I would play around with a few LiveCds. Find one you like then install it. I went through tons of cds.
I sent my now swiss-cheese looking like hard drive to microsoft and asked for a refund, i got a call by a tech support worker saying F**k You. Thinking of something debian based, the packages were always numerous
