Question Linux with NT

I am trying to put RedHat Linux 7.2 onto a computer at our school with our administrator. We want it so you can do dual boot. We tried partition commander but it locks up being it is only for 95,98,etc. So does Fips 2.0 that comes on the cd. Is there any utility that will partition NT? I don't think NT has defrag so that's a problem. But there has got to be some way to do this.... is there?
