IPcop port forwarding

im trying to use Ipcop port forwarding to use a webserver, i dont currently have a orange network, just a RED and GREEn, im using a speedtouch alcatel home ADSL ethernet connection into a hub (instead of the RED network card coz the drivers were wrong and it didnt work that way) and a x-over cable from the switch to the GREEN card. i have 2 clients coming off the hub also. i am trying to get external access to forward to port 80, 5800, 5900 or 82.
ive done wat the tutorials say, me and my friends have tried a lot, was wondering if it might have something to do with the fact there isnt a modem plugged into the RED card?
