How to make Kali Linux look like Parrot OS (Configuring how Kali Linux looks)

I like the look of Parrot OS but the stability for Kali Linux. SO.... How do I make Kali Linux look like Parrot OS?

Here is as much as I can find about how Parrot looks.

MATE desktop environment
Lightdm Dislpay Manager
Custom themes, icons and wallpapers (Available on Parrots GitHub: https://github.com/ParrotSec)
Compiz & Conky

I just don't know the commands to install and change these things...?

kali is anything but stable

it is held together with duct tape and bailing wire

go for it , but expect to break the tools that make kali " kali "

why not just install the tools on Parrot OS
