I am cant contact to administration to ask why i am banned? https://dev1galaxy.org/index.php
I am just express my opinion.
as it was already explained: there are rules and there are mods. Most probably mods think you violated those rules. I have no idea what's happened, but basically if you want to join you need to follow their rules. You don't have to agree and you don't have to join.

This is the second time you've come here, asking why you were banned on other forums...is there some point in doing so??? What do you think we'll be able to tell you about another forum??
Again: their forum=their rules. They can do whatever they want; if you don't like it, don't sign up/log in/participate. Same as here...seems as if you want to blame forums and moderators, and try to hide behind the "speak truth" and "just expressing myself" things. Simple answer is, you disobeyed the rules of the forums and most likely ignored the warnings you got, and are somehow surprised you got banned.
Are you the one named deepforest who went on the Deuvan forums and claimed Deuvan was crap and Linux was not ready for the desktop?
If so, you were told that it was a HELP forum, and no one there was interested in your opinion. There was nothing more to say on the subject so that thread was closed by the moderator. No one cares, and there was nothing useful to anyone in what you said. If they kicked you off it was because you refused to LEARN from that experience and opened new threads in the same style complaining about the first thread, and Linux, and Deuvan, and the forum, and ignoring all warnings. You had a TON of warnings! You clearly DESERVED to be booted, and I would have booted you FAR faster. (
Although you did provide some entertainment value, many of us were laughing at you.
If you are NOT deepforest, then never mind. I have no idea what you are talking about.
This is all unfair, they took advantage of the fact that I do not speak English well.
Wrong; it was because of your behavior, because things like this:

Normal communities do not ban users instantly and permanently due to one violation. Precautionary measures must be taken - warnings or temporary blocking not instantly and permanently. The "free" community just doesn't know how to take criticism.
...is an EXCELLENT example. You WERE given warnings...on multiple forums. Yet somehow, you feel they shouldn't apply to you because <INSERT JUNK ABOUT "FREE" HERE>, right?

Yours linux is very far from ideal os system and its still not ready for normal people and desktop using and never will. And this is true!
Then don't use it, don't post here or in any other Linux forum...your problem is then solved, isn't it???
Yours linux is very far from ideal os system and its still not ready for normal people and desktop using and never will.
You are entitled to have this opinion.
I'm sure that you can figure out why it wouldn't be welcome on a forum where people can and do use Linux on their desktop.
They've heard it all before and they can't be bothered arguing with you. The simple truth is that the software works... albeit in a different way than you know.
Linux is not for everyone. If you can't figure out how to use it, or if it frustrates you, then don't take it personally. Just move on. Use Windows and be happy.

You could not be more wrong there, my friend. Criticism is welcomed... where it is valid and constructive.
