Window manager in old Gnome

Back in the day when I played around with Redhat 6.x and Gnome I remember that Gnome had some cool graphics and themes. I wonder if anyone out there could help me nad tell me which Window Manager that was used with Gnome in this version.
If memory saves me right, it had a look that tried to mimic the look and feel of brushed steel.

I recall you could pick the window manager yourself (there were more than one available, if I'm right, unlike today)..sawmill or sawfish or something? IceWM? Can't really remember - sorry

I think I had RH6 install media here some months ago..but it just happened so that I threw it away, as it was on an old cd-r that just consumed space on the deck. Had you asked before that incident, you had got your answer quickly..
