VF0350 how to make skype decompress JPEG?

Some time ago i used ov51x_jpeg driver to support my webcam. Since linux 2.6.29 this driver stopped to work (and became unmaintained). Now, since some of the latest kernel versions (about 2.6.32.3) my Creative VF0350 webcam is supported again, this time by the kernel itself. However, if i make reads from /dev/video0, i see that image is in JPEG format. So, when i try to use this webcam with skype, i get a mess.
What should i do to make Skype show decompressed image?
