Unistall Ubuntu


hello there,
I have installed ubuntu on my entire hard disk..I have 1 partition only..Now i want to install xp on the entilre hard disk..Is there any way to uninstall or remove ubuntu without losing my data..

Put the XP install disk into the CDROM and reboot.

Should wipe the drive and install XP.

Have a problem post back.

The OP wanted to save the data, and this destroys it.

OP, back up your data to external media (thumbdrive, USB disk, something) before you install XP. Personally, I would not trust any installer to preserve my data, if I considered that data valuable.

Backing up data should always be first. How much data do you have?

You could burn it to a CD/DVD or external drive.

Post back.

You could use a usb external hard drive.........

So why do you want tot switch OS?
