but 1st you will have to check that the ndiswrapper is loaded as module?
Do a lsmod and have a look for it. If not is for sure that you get the message ndiswrapper command not found.

for Example on how to get the kernel sources do it like this:
#wget
ftp://mirror.switch.ch/mirror/fedora...78_FC3.src.rpm
(you have to use the latest...)
then
#rpm -ivh kernel-2.6.9-1.678_FC3.src.rpm
after this you can start installing ndiswrapper
#tar zxvf ndiswrapper-"your version".tar.gz
#cd ndiswrapper-"version"
#make install
the unzip or unpack the Windooze Driver for example
#unzip ndis5x-8180\(173\).zip
then (for my card)
#ndiswrapper -i /opt/windrivers/NET8180.INF (point to where your inf file is)
#modprobe ndiswrapper
then check if everything was setup correctly so far
#less /var/log/messages
with #ndiswrapper -l you can check the status
and then #ndiswrapper -m (to write it to modprobe.conf)
finish!
Now you have only to setup the new device with your favorite network config tool for redhat based systems
you can use #system-config-network
