When I leave the full-screen mode in Chrome or VLC the screen goes blank for a second.
It also happens in VLC when entering or leaving the full-screen mode.
At times it would reproduce ten times in a row, and at times it wouldn't happen for a minute or so.
It NEVER happens in Firefox.

My refresh rate is usually set to 165 hz, but when I set lower it down to 60 hz the bug reproduces less often.
