I have video and OBS working, but no sound. I've read through No Audio/Sound in CentOS 7 and my Master is not Mute [MM] and here are the same command results:

I see the posting rule will not allow for a image of a couple AlsaMixer screen shots. However, any suggestions on what I need to install or check to get the sound working?
The SoundCore-based Creative cards have nominal support under sndhda but it generally requires a very up-to-date kernel (~5.0+ if I remember right), and expect various things to still not work (for example multi-channel audio I don't believe works). I gave up fussing with two of them after a year or two - they work better than previous Creative cards (on Windows as well) but are still temperamental and picky (...like previous Creative cards (on Windows as well...)). You likely need a newer kernel for support.

If you use Rocky in a home PC, I think it would be better to use a distribution oriented for home users, like all flavours of Ubuntu, Debian, or Manjaro which is a rolling release, and provides the latest software.
Output of aplay -l looks a little bit strange. Where are cards 0 and 1?
You have more than one soundcard driven by the same kernel module. If you want to load them in a defined order, you can do the following (works for Slackware64 15.0, other distris may require other locations for config file):
– Login as root
– Create a file snd-hda-intel.conf and copy it to /etc/modprobe.d
- Set permissions etc. of /etc/modprobe.d/snd-hda-intel.conf to: -rw-r--r-- 1 root root
– Write into snd-hda-intel.conf, example given for onboard soundchip & HDMI (ids are taken from output of aplay -l):
Code:
# set onboard sound to card0 and hdmi sound to card1
alias char-major-116 snd
alias snd-card-0 snd-hda-intel
alias snd-card-1 snd-hda-intel
options snd-hda-intel id=Generic index=0
options snd-hda-intel id=HDMI index=1
