KDE Task Switcher has no on-screen-display

I've got KDE 3.5.5 on Sabayon 3.2 x64. The alt-tab task switcher works, except that there's no on screen display showing the windows I'm switching through. ctl-tab shows on-screen the desktops I'm switching between. I'm wondering if there's some setting or something. Thanks.

Try Kde Control Center - Desktop - Window Behavior. Select "Show window list while switching windows".

hmm... thanks for the tip. But I don't seem to have that option. Even stranger though, it's working anyway. whatever.
