Question KDE: How to add "Uninstall" option to the right-click menu of pkgs in Application Menu?

How can I add a "Uninstall" option to the right-click menu of an application in the Plasma Application Launcher? Like what Linux Mint Cinnamon has and Windows 10 has.

Thanks for your help!

Edit: specifically for Arch Linux, but I don't mind if it might use PackageKit.

Plasma Application Launcher?
Plasma's default GUI application manager is Discover. The icon is a blue bag with KDE logo.

When I open Discover and select "Installed" at bottom left, a list of all installed applications is produced and every one has a big "Remove" button. In my part of the world, remove is the same as "Uninstall", no need to right click.

If you are using a different Application manager, please specify which one, typically applications have a "Help" section in menu that will tell the tale.

What I mean is the Application Launcher in the panel, like in the attached image.

That looks like Manjaro's pamac! Perhaps we could figure out how they do it, or use pamac.

Perhaps you can find how in the Menu editor

Plasma can be installed in many ways, mostly meta-packages that include certain common apps. To uninstall an application that was installed as part of a meta-package typically involves uninstalling the entire meta-package. This will explain why some can have a right click uninstall and some don't.

When I installed Plasma in Gentoo I chose a small meta-package that excluded dolphin, kate, konsole, some browser I didn't care for and a bunch of other apps that depended on the webengine package that takes about an hour and 12GB of space to compile in Gentoo. I installed Dolphin, kate, konsole, Gwenview Spectacle and a bunch others that I use as single separate applications rather than the meta-package they are a part of. As such I can right click on any of them and the option to uninstall is available, not the ones part of a meta-package. Same with LibreOffice which is not part of any meta-package.
