emerge kde-base/lisa-3.5.2 econf failed


I just installed gentoo and im trying to install kde by using 'emerge kde-meta' while emerging lisa i get the following error:

I tried to skip this dependency and install the next one which is kopete but i got a similiar error. Since the config.log file mentioned above is too long to post i'll post the last couple of lines:
