If you would like to use recorder to record YouTube audio in FLV files at a batch, you could find a lot of audio programs on the internet, like Audio Hijack, Audacity, etc.
I have tried various combinations of code in this forum. May be its my mistake, may be not since the mp3 files I got either did not open or the sound was dreadfull. With winff everything worked smoothly and perfectly. GUI is not that bad after all
I converted my flv file (video) to audio with ffmpeg. Just open terminal and enter: "ffmpeg -i originalname.flvtargetname.mp3" This worked well for me.
I'm on Lubuntu 13.04 on top of a Samsung Netbook NP-NC110-A01US.
