Cannot access BIOS menu in LXLE distro

I have been using LXLE for a while, but I want to go back to windows.
I made a bootable usb(windows 7) but I cannot enter the BIOS menu in LXLE. I tried pressing F10,F11,F12 but failed. Please, I sincerely need help.

Have a look in your user manual for your unit.

Accessing BIOS is not distro related.

I thought pushing "del" would invoke BIOS during boot?

On most computers, you should see a message on boot telling you which key to tap to access the BIOS so if you don't have a user manual, you should be able to go online and find one or at least the information you need for your specific machine. We can't give details as we don't know your computer.

Windows 7 is unsupported and insecure and a poor choice to use online.

I use a Zebronics(Indian brand) motherboard and it specifies to use the F12/del key to enter the BIOS.

I used F12 to enter the BIOS earlier(windows) and it worked but for some reason after installing LXLE the F12 key doesn't work.

Once I boot up my PC, it doesn't even show which key to press to enter the BIOS.

I can give you a video of my computer booting up,maybe that might help solving this problem.

Does the Del key work? Is one key for the one time boot option and the other to access the BIOS? Accessing the BIOS is not related to the OS installed as accessing it is done before you are in any OS.

Disconnecting all bootable devices will cause some BIOS to automatically enter setup. If this doesn't work for yours, disconnect the power cord from the power supply and remove the CMOS battery from the motherboard for several minutes or more before replacing the battery and power cord to give it another go with no bootable devices.

BIOS menu and BBS menu are different things and hotkeys. It sounds like what you're really looking for is the BBS hotkey to choose to boot from USB for installing Windows. Here are some BBS hotkeys that have worked for others:
  • Acer F12 or ESC or F9
  • ASRock F11
  • Asus F8
  • Biostar F9
  • Dell F12
  • eCS F12 or F10
  • eMachines F10
  • EVGA F7
  • Gateway F12 or F10
  • Gigabyte F12
  • HP F9 or ESC or ESC,F9
  • Intel F10
  • Lenovo F12 or F8 or F10
  • MSI F11
  • Toshiba F12

I have used F12 many times and it worked when I was using windows but stopped working after installing LXLE and the del key doesn't work too. For some reason my computer automatically restarts every time I open a browser, I'm stuck.

If you want to help we could talk on discord. I really am stuck unless I change the OS and I cannot access the BIOS too.

I sincerely need help. If anyone is willing to help pls message me on my discord
