Hello.
I have an ATi Radeon X600, Ubuntu 7.04, and Compiz Fusion.
I've been having 4 main problems with video lately:
1. Sometimes, when i boot and run 'compiz --replace' X crashes, and logs out.
2. Sometimes, I experience a random complete freeze, with nothing working, no mouse, no Cntl-alt-backspace. Its not because of high CPU usage, for usually the monitors at low when it crashes
3. Some videos (Such as those at
www.apple.com) don't play with totem. I have to right click them, and hit open in Movie Player for them to play. This used to work too...
4. While using wobbly windows with totem, you get a weird 'totem player moves but the movie doesn't' thing. When you stop dragging, the movie catches up with the player. Same thing with the Cube. When You zoom out on the cube, and rotate it, the player rotates with the cube but the movie does this weird thing when it moves faster. This used to work too.
PS- I have Gstreamer Totem, with all the Gstreamer codecs.
