[SOLVED] metacity on xfce how?


i want to use metacity as my window manager on xfce, do you guys know how to do that?

Alt-F2 to bring up the command box, then metacity --replace To make this change permenanent, change your startup programs to exclude xfwm4 and to include metacity

ok, i did what you said and seems that im using it right now.. but seems like i need to install the frontend to change the themes because i cant find it on my preferences. do you know the name of the package or how can i change the themes.

Hopefully, the xfce faq page is your friend; I've never tried running xfce with metacity
