[Slackware 14.1] Unable to display Korean characters with Droid Sans fallback

I have a freshly installed Slackware 14.1, running KDE 4.10.5.

I have installed Droid Sans Fallback, a font developed by Google in order to support and display CJK characters.

The font shows Chinese and Japanese characters correctly, but it is unable to show Korean characters as it is supposed to be. Here are screenshots I captured to show how the font displays the three languages:

Chinese

Japanese

Korean

As you can see, only Korean characters cannot be normally displayed, just like the font does not support to do so (but actually it supports CJK!)

I doubt why this happened, and anything I can do to fix it? Thank you very much!
