Dock / Efficiency Mode disappeared

Really liking deepin, currently running in virtual box but planning a full install soon. Unfortunately, my dock/efficiency mode/etc. navigation seems to have gotten glitched somehow. It doesn't show up at all, or just 1 icon shows up in the upper left hand corner, which is unusable. Is there any way to force stop restart this interface, force a reinstall, or otherwise fix? I can't switch between modes (dock/efficiency/etc.) either because I cannot right click it. Everything else appears to be working perfect.
