Exclamation Desktop no load after login screen only image and mouse icon keeps loading


Hello friends
------------
i am using deepin os latest version
Desktop no load after login screen only background image and mouse icon keeps loading Nothing show
it worked for 3 days only than not loaded any more i kept my computer oading more than 3 hours nothing show at all just mouse icon loading and background image
i dont have any vga card just us built in
my computer info
dell 7010 core i7 3770 processor

So are you able to change virtual terminals? Such as Ctrl + Alt + F4. You might need to add the fn key in the sequence.

If this switches, log in with your username and password(you won't be able to see password when typing) then run
Code:
top
and see what process is hogging resources and how much cpu and ram is being consumed. Press q to quit top.


Ctrl + Alt + F7 should take you back to the desktop.

You could also safely shutdown the pc with
Code:
sudo halt

Also, you could use a Live CD of something. Boot the Live CD, mount the harddrive, and take a look at the log files in /var/log.

You might find some hints as to what went wrong there.

Steel Not fixed

Thanks firends for answers i think Problem wont fix soon i think it's rare to fix
I will Remove it and install Ubuntu untill i can fix it Thanks Again

You might be interested in the Ubuntu Deepin Edition https://fossbytes.com/ubuntudde-deepin/ It's beta right now but the stable release should be out before to long.
