On the latest updates Deepin has uninstalled alot of programs and updated nothing. It uninstalled vlc player, samba, deluge anc chromium. I could install chromium again, but all the rest I can not. Not through the deepin store or deepin terminal. Updates also keep failing. The dock has a mind of it's own and does what it wants. When I log in first there is no dock and the launcher is empty. I have to log out and log back in again to get them to load. These problems better get fixed fast or I'm gone from using this distro!!!

Sorry, our last time update won't uninstall your software stated above, probably the problem is caused by software dependency. Could you please send me the terminal error massage? Which is helpful to solve the problem.

Excuse me, would you please tell me whether you have installed kde desktop environment (kubuntu). At present, our desktop environment conflicts with kde. The installation of kde will uninstall a lot of things from dde. Your apt makes a mistake and you can fix it according to the following info:
cd /var/lib/dpkg
sudo mv info info.bak
sudo mkdir info
sudo dpkg --configure -a
sudo apt-get install -f
sudo mv /var/lib/dpkg/info/* /var/lib/dpkg/info.bak
sudo rm -rf /var/lib/dpkg/info
sudo mv /var/lib/dpkg/info.bak /var/lib/dpkg/info

The fix method is to uninstall kde（kubuntu） and execute:

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get--reinstall install dde-meta-en

I do not have kde installed I am using the dde environment
