Angry Deepin Linux is working so slow

On installing Deepin Linux, it was unable to show the dock and opening the applications was taking about 2 to 3 minutes.

A computer with those specs should run any Linux distro smoothly. However Deepin is probably the heaviest and buggiest distro I've seen.

Have you tried different distros such as mint or manjaro(has a Deepin DE version) to make sure is not some hardware issue?

Yeah! I tried other linux distros every other distro is working smoothly. Should there be any Driver issue?

Drivers are a possibility. However I'd start by opening the Deepin System Monitor and checking what proccess is using the most CPU, Memory, Disk Read/Write, and so on. This should give you some more clues on the problem.

Is this when idling or when launching an app? Unfortunately I won't be much help with drivers/etc. I haven't had much luck with Deepin myself. At the time non of my hardware was powerful to run it.

Idling, that's a bit too much I think.
What is using the CPU?
