Deepin desktop unresponsive for several minuten at every boot.

Hello all,
Been using Deepin since 15.8 (now 15.9) and love it (Used Ubuntu Mate since 13.04).
Evertthing works great, lots of apps in the store, but have one issue.
Every time I boot the desktop stays unresponsive during several minuten. I got to live with it, but hope to find the reason and a way to solve it.

Not sure if this is helpful but I would start by looking at log files. Never used Deepin but assuming it uses systemd so in that case, open a terminal and run
Code:
sudo journalctl -b
which will show you the system's logs from the last boot in reverse order. See if you can find anything that looks suspicious there - guessing some service, possibly at the OS level, or even at the DE level is causing the delay.

What UI does Deepin use? Gnome, KDE? Proprietary? The file indexing and searching utilities in Gnome, and to a lesser extent KDE, have been known to completely kill performance - not sure if this could be the issue or even applies to Deepin because I've never used it. Just trying to throw out some troubleshooting tips for you.

Tried your terminal cmd, and found quite some lines concerning Laptop Mode Tools while I am running this on my Desktop PC.
I edited the laptop config file to disable the daemon, and desktop is responsive after a few seconds now.
Thanks for the help.
