Do we even know if the Deepin file manager has that feature for all the things? Did you see it somewhere in a screenshot? If they left the Ubuntu base more or less alone, I'm 99% sure you'll get that functionality if you switch to GNOME, because GNOME has that on every other distroy I know

From what I can tell the Deepin file mgr doesn't have all those features.
No I haven't seen it somewhere in a screenshot.

I'll try installing Gnome DE and if that doesn't work I'll install XFCE.
If I still get the functionality I need I'll have to install another distribution.

Issue Solved:-

This what I did to fix the problem.

Code:
apt-get clean
apt-get update
apt-get upgrade
After a restart I ran this cmd to install the Gnome 3 DE and it was successful.
Took about 15 minutes in the konsole.

Code:
tasksel install gnome-desktop -new-install
All of the thumbnails to all of my Videos are crystal clear in the Videos directory.

So we can confirm that Deepin's own FM doesn't have it at all, that's good in case someone else asks Cheers!
