Ubuntu 18.04 problems with VPN and Docker

Hi

I'm currently working from home and having problems with Docker and my VPN.

When running a docker-compose build it seems to cause a conflict with the VPN (Cisco Anyconnect) and drops off (although Cisco Anyconnect reports no drops).

The build then can't access materials which are on URLs that are inside the corporate firewall.

I read this interesting thread on AskUbuntu:
https://askubuntu.com/questions/1127...ker-behind-vpn

for which their solution didn't work for me

Any suggestions welcome

So, VPN service you are connecting to is not not configured for split tunneling... You need to talk to admin of that VPN service to allow. Or disconnect from VPN.

Thanks DC, I'll look into it. The issue however is not apparent on Win10, so I suspect its the client end.
