Lightbulb GCP - Monitoring kubernetes klusters and CloudSQL database

Hi guys!

I would like to ask you about monitoring solutions which you're using to monitor kubernetes parts. I've few clusters in few organizations in GCP which I want to monitor plus few CloudSQL Postgres databases.

In GCP, so far, I am using Stackdriver monitoring, but I suppose its not enough, and there are other better dedicated solutions for that. I was thinking about Prometheus..

Taking above into account, I would like to ask you, what kind of monitoring for K8S and CloudSQL are you using and can recommend? Any links/configurations/howto's/screenshots will be more than welcome!

Thanks in advance

Also use Prometheus for kubernetes cluster in AWS and for on-prim kubernetes cluster

Cool, thanks! Looks like Prometheus is the best available tool to monitor k8s so far.
