Create bridge network containers and local LAN

I am new in container so my question.
As a first I install Portainer and it work correctly with address 172.19.0.2/16.
But how to create bridged virtual network connecting physical LAN port in PC with containers?
Each container should have address from the same network as physical LAN port.
LAN port address is 192.168.0.2/24, gateway 192.168.0.1 and IP range 192.168.0.150-159.
Of course I can assign IP`s for each container using Portainer.
It possible to create such network from CLI as far as I know but I googled a lot and try to to it in may ways - without success.
Any help or advice please!
